In 2001 Craig Bardson Excavating completed the original lot expansion the Copart facility in Ham Lake.  When the need for another expansion arose, Bardson was again contracted to complete the work. The prime contract included clearing and grubbing, grading, storm sewer installation, class 5 installation, paving, curb and gutter and sidewalk.
